UX Design
The challenge The business already had mockups, but lacked a clear understanding of real user needs — and hadn't defined a monetization model. The task was to redesign the experience from a user perspective and identify the most viable business strategy.
The process Followed the Double Diamond design process across 4 phases over 8 weeks. In the Discover phase, conducted pre-research, kick-off sessions, and briefing. In the Define phase, built personas, CJM, Lean Canvas, AARRR metrics, and Jobs To Be Done. In the Develop phase, worked on ideation, navigation architecture, and prototyping. Delivered usability testing, documented design decisions, and presented final outcomes.
My contribution Led user research and wireframing within a
4-person team — translating research insights into clear information architecture and structural solutions for both candidates and recruiters.
Key learnings Designing for two user types with different goals requires a unified logic underneath. Research done early shaped every structural decision that followed.
